Spring 2025 Before & After examples

This stag from ArtFe, Kev Paxton Blacksmiths is a great example of the work they create and we regularly galvanise!

A before & after bench design

Why galvanise benches?

Long-Lasting Protection Against Rust & Corrosion – Galvanising creates a durable zinc coating that protects the bench from rust, even in harsh outdoor conditions. This ensures a longer lifespan compared to untreated or painted metal.

Low Maintenance & Cost-Effective – Once galvanised, the bench requires little to no maintenance, reducing the need for repainting or repairs. This makes it a cost-effective solution for outdoor furniture that will stay strong and look good for years.

A before & after chassis

Why galvanise a chassis?

Long-Lasting Protection Against Rust & Corrosion – Chassis are exposed to harsh weather conditions, road salts and mud which could accelerate corrosion, galvanising offers protection.

Low Maintenance & Cost-Effective – Reduces maintenance, with the long lasting zinc coating the upkeeps is less compared to paint.

Improved Safety – A structurally sound, corrosion resistant chassis supports vehicle safety – maintaining integrity over time.
